Welcome to RSTV Networks! These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RSTV Networks' services, including RSTV Radio, RSTV Digital, and RSTV Player (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Services and all content and materials included in the Services, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the property of RSTV Networks or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content or materials on the Services except as expressly authorized by these Terms or by the relevant copyright owner.

RSTV Networks and its logos are trademarks of RSTV Networks. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Services are the trademarks, service marks, or logos of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RSTV NETWORKS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RSTV NETWORKS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER OR NOT RSTV NETWORKS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RSTV Networks, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination

RSTV Networks may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice and for any reason, including without limitation a violation of these Terms. Upon any termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RSTV Networks is located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the jurisdiction in which RSTV Networks is located.

Changes to Terms

RSTV Networks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will be posted on the Services. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
