On Wednesday 18th February 2026, Ryan Sleights, Founder of RSTV Networks, was invited to attend the Parent/Carer Forum Post-16 Event at Blackwell Grange Hotel in Darlington.
The forum brought together education providers, parents and carers to explore progression opportunities for young people beyond Year 11. Ryan represented and promoted Darlington Learning & Skills, sharing his personal journey since joining the organisation in May 2025 and how the experience has complemented his work with RSTV Networks.
Skills, Progression & Achievement
Since joining Learning & Skills, Ryan has strengthened his communication, confidence and numeracy in a supportive, workplace-focused environment. He has achieved a Level 2 Functional Skills qualification in English and has recently sat his Level 2 Functional Skills Maths examination as part of his ongoing development.
